Beach

Albufeira is one of the counties with the most blue flags of the country and some of the most beautiful white sand beaches, 'carved' in protected rocky bays of the Algarve.

The proximity of the Mediterranean, warms the sea water of the Algarve, where you may enjoy aquatic sports like water ski, para-sail, scuba-dive, sailing... or just relax on the warm golden beaches and have a refreshing dive. All this, minutes away from your home!

The resort has direct access to the beach Pedra dos Bicos, which is located between Praia da Oura and Praia de Santa Eulália, two of the most well know beaches in Albufeira.

Gastronomical

The Algarve gastronomy, although limited to a relatively small geographical space, shows a wide range diversified Mediterranean influences (being included in the so called " Mediterranean diet ") and also Atlantic, assuming the quantity of fish traditionally consumed and caught in the algarvian waters. Where it will be possible to feel the freshness in each meal.

The Mediterranean gastronomy is based on the trilogy of bread, wine and olive oil, which is common in the whole national territory, adding the fresh fruits and vegetables, as used in a variety of soups.

Fish is one of the great specialties of this region, nothing like enjoying a meal that comes directly "from the sea to the table".

The meats, specially pork, are also part of several Portuguese plates and regional savouries.

Activities

The historic center of Albufeira is 3 km away from the resort, with numerous entertainment and shopping venues.

At about 500 m you will find the bars street in Oura, "Strip".

Public transport stop at just a few meters from the resort, or you can also order a taxi from the reception.

For sea lovers, in the Albufeira or Vilamoura Marinas, recreational boats leave daily that can take you to discover the beautiful Algarve coast between caves and small beaches surrounded by rocky cliffs on the Algarve west coast.

Discover the interior region of Algarve by jeep. It is easy to find information about these excursions at the reception. Jeeps will pick you up at your accommodation.

The theme park “Zoomarine” presents daily shows with dolphins, sea lions, birds of prey, parrots, etc. You can also enjoy from the parks' large swimming pools and carousels. At the zoomarine you can interact with dolphins and even swim with them. In addition to the fun, this park also has a rehabilitation center that welcomes and treats lost, injured or sick marine animals.

The famous water parks provide days of great excitement and joy to its visitors. Aquashow in Quarteira, Aqualand in Alcantarilha and Slide & Splash in Lagoa.

In addition to the accommodation, Vila de Santa Eulalia offers a wonderful heated swimming pool as well as a jacuzzy, capable of providing all the means to relax overlooking the sea.

Integrated in a carefully arranged lawn, it is also possible to find a shaded area with a wood oven and a grill, ideal for a barbecue with family and friends late in the afternoon.

Further ahead there is a bathroom to support the pool and barbecue area.

Inside the house there is a gym and a games room so that the fun is not just on the outside.
